UIDAI accepts a number of documents as your Proof of Address and Proof of Identity for Aadhar Enrollment. Candidates have to take the original and photocopy of documents to the enrollment center where the Aadhar Official will scan your documents and then uploaded them for online verification purpose.

You have to submit minimum one Proof of Identity and Proof of Address as documents needed for Aadhar application. Though in some cases where the same document can be accepted both as Proof of Identity and Proof of Address, then you can submit only one document. For minors who are enrolling with documents of their parents, a copy of Proof of Relation (PoR) also needs to be submitted.
